Bella's Baby Bunnies on SL

The Enyo Twins just sent out this notecard and I wanted to make sure that everybody got this message. Please read the following information release 4/18/10....

It has come to our attention that there is a serious and possibly widespread problem with the dispenser system for users using the optional included server.

Without getting technical, the problem is that in regions with serious lag the dispensers could receive too many food/water from the server.

We would advise all our Bunnies Food Dispenser customers who also use the included BFD server to take caution of this, and follow the instructions

below to retrieve any lost food. The Ozimals team has personally notified us that several of their customers have deleted their dispensers believing

there was no food left in them. We apologize to all our customers who may have deleted their food.

We also apologize to the Ozimals team for all the trouble this has caused them, and are now keeping the Ozimals team up to date about any bugs found in our products,

so that they can notify you, the users should anything very problematic come up.

Version 1.3 is currently in (heavy) beta testing, and we HOPE to have it released by the end of the day tomorrow (April 19th).

Until then, please take extreme caution when using the included BFD Server.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience/financial loss this may caused our customers and the Ozimals team.

Another important note is that you must make sure to set your dispensers to the correct land group that owns the land,

otherwise if auto return is on, the parcel CAN end up deleting your food because it is auto returned.

~Instructions for checking your dispensers~

1. Did you delete a dispenser? If you did not empty your trash yet, please recover it from trash.

2. Rez, right click your dispenser and select edit.

3. Go to the contents tab.

4. If any food is inside the dispenser, select it all and drag it out of the dispenser and into your inventory.

-------IMPORTANT NOTES:

Trying to delete a dispenser that has food inside it will on normal SL viewers give a warning that you are deleting

a object that has no copy items inside it (food). If you get this warning, do not delete your dispenser!

Additionally, sometimes you may not see the food right away when checking a dispenser, this is because your SL viewer stores

a cache of the contents of the objects inventory, and it may take some time for it to update. To force a update of this cache,

you can edit another object, then go back to to the dispenser again and check it's contents.

-Bugfix: Removed tree stump message spam.

-Changed: Dispensers time system should now be able to handle regions with extreme lag.

-Added: Extra safety checks just to make sure no extra food is received by a dispenser.

-Added: Text display will now show any extra food if it has any in it's inventory. (Extra safety)

-Added: Warning/preventing of dispensers rezzing food with wrong group set.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON EXPIRING v1.1 NESTS!

If you have a version 1.1 nest (the easiest way to tell is if your nest has a countdown timer in the text that floats above it, it is a v1.1 nest) and you didn't turn it in when they did the Bunnybury collection there is hope! You don't need to let your nest expire and you don't need to birth it to be able to save it. Here is what you do. Make sure that it has the Text on and it is v1.1 then, create a folder that says [your name -1] without the [ ], pick up the nest and put it in that folder. If you have more than 35 nests then you need to make another folder for the next 35 named [your name - 2] and you keep making folders till all of your nests in your inventory. The next time Ozimals does a nest collection you are ready to go. All you will have to do is drag your folders to the Toto statue and it will credit you with the coins.

BUT REMEMBER....you have to have the text on, it has to be v1.1 (unless Ozimals opens it up to all nests), the nest has to be labeled [your name - 1] without the [ ] and you can only have 35 in each folder. That's it! I hope this helps you not loose your investment in your nests

I hope you all had a wonderful St. Patty's day. RL was pretty uneventful but SL was rocking. The first ay of the Secret Sale is off to a good start! Several people have taken advantage of the great discount. Make sure you stop by Bella's and get your bunny at these great prices! We have a HUGE stock of bunnies all ready to go. Easter is coming up and a baby bunny makes a wonderful present......we can even put an Easter Basket together for you!

It seems like everybody is settling in to this update and gettit worked out. I still have 5 in a folder that the reset on our sim messed up and I am waiting to hear back from Ozimals on wether they will straighten them out of not. Other than that the bunnies are settled in and nests are beginning to appear everywhere.....before i could even get bonds set up LOL

My first mutant was born today!!! WOO HOO! It is a Mini-Rex Chocolate with a white leg. I have heard he is really cute but, haven't gotten to see him yet. A friend of mine had my female to mate with his male (I gave him the male as a gift but, claimed sperm rights LOL). Not sure if I will get to seem him because my friend has promised the bunny to a griend of his. (Not sure where the sperm rights went in there but, ya know..friends are friends) So, I am excited to know that I do have some funky genes in my bunnies lol.

That's about all for today. Make sure you get your totem and get your bunnies updated to v1.2 and make sure you get your Cabbage Patch and get it in your pen to start getting those food benefits!

Ozimals St. Patricks Day Gift Cabbage Patch

Ozimals has been kind enough to give everyone a St. Patty's day gift. It is a Cabbage Patch and when you rez it near your bunnies it will extend their food a little longer and save you some money. Anyone older than 30 days old can get it on SL. Here is what Ozimals says about it in the release notecard....
The Ozimals Irish Cabbage Patch will be offering a bunny bonus from Monday, March 15 – Friday, March 20. The bonus will reduce the amount of food and water the bunnies in proximity to the Cabbage Patch need to consume to stay full and satisfied.
They do not stack so don' think that if you put 10 in there they will add on longer cause it won't. It does only work on the first 16 bunnies though so if you have a combo pen with someone else have them rezz theirs on the other side of the pen if you have more than 16 bunnies or seperate the bunnies into two sections. You can only get one Cabbage Patch per person! You can get your Cabbage Patch at the following locations.....

New Update is Out v 1.2

The newest and most awaited update is now out for Ozimals Bunnies. It is version v1.2 and you can get your updater totem at the Ozimals Store or on Xstreet by using this link

If you are getting a warning that says your bunny is not the right version with your food it is because the update needs to be done on the bunnies. Once you do the update that message will dissapear.

The greatest thing about this update is that it takes off the expiration date on the nests....THANK GOD! At my store on SL Bella's Baby Bunnies I am running a special sale. I will be linking the post in from the Ozimals website so watch for it soon!..This is a silent sale so shhhhh. lol Some annoying things is they have lengthened the cooldown period but, they extended the bonding time so that will help a lot.
